Dr. Josh Monzel IS A LICENSED CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN
Dr. Josh grew up in Naperville, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, where he developed a lifelong passion for sports and movement. As a young athlete, he stayed active year-round playing football, baseball, wrestling, and rugby. During that time, one of his coaches—who was also a chiropractor—introduced him to the benefits of chiropractic care and how it can support performance, recovery, and overall health. That experience sparked his interest in a career dedicated to helping others move and feel their best.
Dr. Josh attended the University of Indianapolis, where he earned his degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. He then continued his education at Logan University in St. Louis, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in December 2022. His academic background provided a
strong foundation in human performance, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care.
Before joining Integrated Health Solutions, Dr. Josh spent three years practicing in the Indianapolis area, helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. His clinical approach focuses on movement, exercise, and an integrated model of care that addresses the underlying causes of pain rather than just the symptoms.
At Integrated Health Solutions, Dr. Josh incorporates a variety of evidence-based techniques into patient care, including dry needling, functional rehabilitation, and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). By combining multiple treatment approaches, he develops individualized care
plans designed to support recovery, improve function, and help patients achieve long-term results.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Josh enjoys staying active through weightlifting, walking, and hiking with his wife and their dog. He also enjoys grilling, camping, and partner dancing. As a proud Chicago native, he’s a dedicated Chicago sports fan and especially enjoys cheering on the Bears.
