We will then utilize this information to establish a diagnosis and outline a personalized treatment plan based on your individual goals.

Can my condition be treated at IHS?

At IHS, we specialize in treatment of the musculoskeletal system. Our focus is identifying the source of your pain through a functional exam and other testing, which allows us to understand not only your symptoms, but more importantly, the reason behind them. We will then progress with a treatment plan if your condition and your symptoms fall within our scope of practice and field of expertise.

Which Integrated treatment will be used to address the source of my pain?

Decades of experience utilizing proven, evidence-based therapies have shown that an integrated approach is the most successful and effective way to treat musculoskeletal conditions. At IHS, we incorporate cutting edge therapies such as dry needling, functional rehab, soft tissue mobilization, and chiropractic manipulations to effectively treat and resolve your issues.

What are the goals of my treatment?

During your initial visit, we will discuss the aspects of your life most affected by your pain, and together set goals for overcoming those obstacles. Whether it be being able to go for walks or runs, lift weights, or simply get a good night’s sleep, we aim to not only get you better and out of pain, but also achieve your goal of living a vibrant, active and pain-free life.

How long will my treatment take?

At IHS, we believe the most effective and efficient path for achieving success is by integrating multiple therapies on a consistent basis. Each visit varies anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your case, and the work needed to ensure effective results. A high majority of our patients experience over 80-90% pain relief and improved function within 8-10 visits.

How much will it cost?

Because our treatment plans are based on individualized needs, we are unable to provide exact pricing prior to your exam. However, we can determine the cost of the exam after we verify your insurance coverage. Following the exam, your doctor will be able to discuss the recommended treatment plan, as well as pricing for each subsequent visit. We provide complete transparency with pricing so that you don’t get surprised by unexpected charges.

What are my payment options?

We are in network with most major insurance plans and are happy to verify your chiropractic coverage for you. With that, we also offer a time-of-service discount for patients who choose to pay out of pocket. For more information, please visit our insurance and payments page.
